Updated August 2026. Bridges EXP went offline on June 30, 2026. The platform is gone, the login no longer works, and records left inside it cannot be retrieved through Bridges. If you came here looking for the Bridges EXP login, this page covers what happened, what to do if you never exported your data, and what nursing and allied health programs are using instead.

What Happened to CastleBranch and Bridges EXP

In March 2024, CastleBranch sold its background screening and compliance services business to DISA Global Solutions, a Texas-based screening and compliance firm. As part of that acquisition, CastleBranch’s clinical experience platform, CB Bridges, was separated from the screening business and rebranded as Bridges EXP.

The screening side continued operating under DISA, now branded DISA Healthcare, which markets the Complio platform. Bridges EXP operated independently as a clinical experience platform until it ceased operations entirely on June 30, 2026. New orders were accepted only through May 30, 2026.

Programs that relied on Bridges EXP for clinical rotation scheduling, student compliance tracking, document management, or clinical site coordination now need a CastleBranch replacement.

If You Did Not Export Your Data Before June 30

Worth being blunt about this one. Records that lived only in Bridges EXP and were never exported are not recoverable from the platform. There is no portal left to log into and no support queue to escalate to.

Most programs in this position are rebuilding rather than recovering. The order that works:

  • Search for local copies first. Coordinators frequently kept parallel spreadsheets, and most compliance documents were emailed as attachments before they were ever uploaded. Check shared drives and mailboxes before assuming a record is gone.
  • Pull what your SIS already holds. Enrollment, cohort, and program progression data usually live in your student information system rather than in the placement platform.
  • Have students re-upload. Immunization records, CPR certifications, background check results, and health screenings are held by the student or the issuing provider. Rebuilding through students is slower but dependable.
  • Ask clinical partners for their side of the record. Hospitals often retain their own copies of placement confirmations, preceptor assignments, and site-specific requirements.
  • Rebuild into a system, not a spreadsheet. If you are re-collecting documents anyway, collect them somewhere that tracks expiration dates from day one so this does not become an annual exercise.

What to Look for in a Bridges EXP Alternative

Not all clinical rotation management platforms are built the same way. As you evaluate alternatives to CastleBranch, focus on what your program actually touches every day:

  • Clinical rotation scheduling. The platform should let you build, coordinate, and update rotation schedules in real time, with visibility for schools, hospitals, and students.
  • Compliance document management. Students should upload their own documents, and expiration dates should be tracked automatically with reminders sent before deadlines pass.
  • Background checks and drug testing. Some platforms integrate these directly, which removes a separate vendor relationship.
  • Communication tools. In-platform messaging keeps correspondence tied to the student record instead of scattered across email chains.
  • Reporting and analytics. Compliance reports, attendance summaries, and audit-ready documentation on demand matter for accreditation readiness.
  • Speed of setup. If you are already mid-semester, you need a platform that requires no installation, no IT project, and includes training.

Programs searching for a CastleBranch alternative should also confirm the platform is cloud-based, accessible from any device, and compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act), and PCI standards. Those are non-negotiable for any system handling student health records and personal data.

Why Programs Are Choosing Rotation Manager

Rotation Manager was built by educators who dealt with clinical rotation management firsthand: scattered documents, missed compliance deadlines, scheduling conflicts, and communication breakdowns between schools, hospitals, and students.

As a Bridges EXP alternative, Rotation Manager covers the same ground on one cloud-based platform:

  • Centralized scheduling connecting schools, hospitals, and students in real time. Build rotation calendars, prevent conflicts, update assignments instantly.
  • Compliance Passport for automated document management. Students upload records to their own profiles. The system verifies documents, tracks expiration dates, and sends reminders before deadlines pass.
  • Integrated background checks and drug testing, ordered and tracked from the same platform. No separate vendor logins.
  • In-platform communication between coordinators, students, and clinical partners, with every message tied to the student record.
  • On-demand reporting for audits, accreditation reviews, compliance summaries, and student progress.
  • Student-facing tools including clinical transcripts, journals, and a job referral engine.
  • No installation and no IT required. Accessible from any device, with one hour of online training included at no additional cost and a three-tiered customer service team behind it.

For programs that used CastleBranch for background checks alongside Bridges for rotations, Rotation Manager consolidates both into one platform instead of two vendor relationships.

Migrating Mid-Semester

Switching platforms once the semester is underway is not ideal, but at this point it is routine. Rotation Manager requires no software installation and no IT department involvement, so most programs are operational in days rather than weeks.

Our team imports whatever student data you still have, configures your compliance requirements, sets up clinical site profiles, and trains your coordinators. Students, coordinators, and hospital liaisons can access the platform from any device as soon as their accounts are created.

Rotation Manager vs Bridges EXP

  • Platform status. Bridges EXP ceased operations on June 30, 2026. Rotation Manager is actively operating, continuously updated, and serving nursing schools and hospitals nationwide.
  • Scheduling. Bridges EXP provided clinical rotation coordination tools. Rotation Manager offers real-time scheduling with conflict prevention, automated reminders, and shared visibility for schools, hospitals, and students on one calendar.
  • Compliance tracking. Bridges EXP offered document management as part of its clinical experience platform. Rotation Manager’s Compliance Passport automates the full lifecycle: upload, verification, expiration tracking, and automated reminders to both students and coordinators.
  • Background checks and drug testing. CastleBranch’s screening services went to DISA Global Solutions and now operate separately as DISA Healthcare under the Complio platform. Bridges EXP programs needed a separate screening relationship. Rotation Manager integrates screening directly into the platform.
  • Communication. Rotation Manager includes in-platform messaging between schools, hospitals, and students, keeping every conversation documented against the relevant student record.
  • Student tools. Students get their own compliance status, rotation schedules, clinical transcripts, journals, and a job referral engine.
  • Customer service. A fully staffed, three-tiered customer service team, with training included at no additional cost.
  • Security and compliance. Hosted on Amazon Web Services, HIPAA, FERPA, and PCI compliant, with encrypted communications.
  • Setup and access. No installation, no IT support, accessible from any device after a short onboarding session.

For programs that used the CastleBranch student login portal for document submission and compliance tracking, Rotation Manager provides a comparable student-facing experience with the added benefit of clinical transcripts, journals, and career tools that Bridges EXP did not offer.

Common Questions After the Bridges EXP Shutdown

  1. Can I still log into Bridges EXP?
No. The platform went offline on June 30, 2026 and the login is permanently gone. If you are searching for the Bridges EXP login, there is no portal left to reach.
  2. Can we still get our compliance records out of Bridges?
Not through the platform. If your program exported before June 30, those files are what you have. If not, rebuild from local copies, your SIS, your students, and your clinical partners. Once you move to Rotation Manager, recovered records can be uploaded and students manage their own documents from there forward.
  3. Can we switch platforms in the middle of the semester?
Yes, and many programs are doing exactly that right now. There is no software to install and no IT involvement. Onboarding includes one hour of online training at no additional cost, and most programs are running within days.
  4. What do we tell our clinical partners?
Hospitals and clinical sites need to know which platform you moved to. Rotation Manager makes that easier because clinical partners access the system directly to view student compliance status, confirm scheduling, and message coordinators, rather than waiting on emailed updates.
  5. How are background checks handled now that CastleBranch screening sits under DISA?
Programs that used CastleBranch screening alongside Bridges were left managing two separate vendors. Rotation Manager integrates background checks and drug testing into the same platform where you manage scheduling, compliance, and communication.
  6. Is Rotation Manager secure enough for student health data?
Rotation Manager is hosted on Amazon Web Services with encrypted communications and is compliant with HIPAA, FERPA, and PCI standards. The platform is also patent protected.

Where to Start

If your program is still working without a placement platform, or rebuilding records by hand, the fastest way to tell whether Rotation Manager fits is to look at your actual rotations rather than sit through a generic demo.
