NEW PAYMENT POLICY, Effective Jan 1st, 2020.

Rotation Manager wishes to embark on an environmental journey and make a small step to reduce paper usage.   As such, we have a new payment and invoicing policy, effective January 1st, 2020:

  • For every order of 1 to 9 licenses, payments have to be made directly online: 
    • – A payment receipt will be available.
  • For 10 licenses and more you will have two options:
    • – Pay directly online or
    • – Request an invoice that will be sent to you.

As always, licenses are credited when payment is remitted, and they never expire unless they are used for student registrations or renewals.  Due to the technology and customer support resources marshalled in provisioning  accounts, activated licences are not refundable.

With this new procedure, we wish to reduce paperwork and thus take a step towards protecting the environment.  Embark with us on this journey, because even the smallest contribution can make a difference!
